Our vision is that, in a world where multilingualism is the norm, that Victoria be a leading education system where everyone has access to and can benefit from exemplary bilingual education.

Our Mission

• Achieve excellence in student learning outcomes as well as strengthening English literacy skills as evidenced in existing international and Australian research.
• Inherently foster global citizenship, intercultural capabilities and a plurilingual mindset essential to navigate our fast changing, interdependent global reality.
• Enhance cognitive flexibility and ability including meta-cognitive, meta-linguistic, problem solving and risk taking skills known to enhance learner capabilities.
• Promote, celebrate and normalise the value of multilingualism, while also creating an authentic and localised context for meaningful and sustainable language learning.
